When using our return slip, a shipping fee of 119 NOK will incur within Norway (Postnord)

The law states that: “Return costs must be covered by the consumer”. (See The Cancellation Act/ Statutory Cancellation right § 15 part/section 1). However, in the case of a “defect claim”, we will of course cover the cost of returning the merchandise. If this is the case, please contact us at: support@hostandvar.com so that we may send you a return slip free of charge.
