Exchange / Return / Cancellation / Defect claim
If you would like to exchange an item you have ordered you can do so within 14 days after receiving the package. The item as to be unworn and all labels are still intact. This also includes sales items.
If you would like to exchange an item you have ordered, please do the following:
1: Make sure that the item is in the same condition as when you received it. Pack it nicely in the same packaging as it came in, and make sure that the tag and all extras are included.
2: Place a new order for the desired item in the online store, and ship back the item you wish to exchange together with a filled out exchange/return form. You do not have to ship the item you wish to return before you order the new item.
Once the returned package has been received and approved, the old invoice will be credited (refunded) and deleted. At this point, only your new order will be valid and you will only be charged for the new item.
Høst & Vår does not take any responsibility for any fees and return costs.
It is important that all returns are sent to the correct address, as a third party company (and not Høst & Vår) is responsible for shipping / exchanges / returns.

If you wish to return an item you have ordered you should do so within 14 days after receiving the package. If you do not meet the return date and send the package back late, the package will be sent back to you at your own expense. Pack the item you wish to return nicely in the same packaging as it came in unworn and with the labels intact together with a filled out return form. All sent packages will contain a return form for you to fill out, and a return slip from Postnord or DHL (DHL for international cusomers). It´s very important that this slip is intact and saved, if you manage to miss or throw this out you need to contact support to provide you with a new one. (This is only for international customers using DHL, returns inside Norway can be sent back other ways)
We will only accept international returned garments provided by DHL return slip, and this is the only way for you to return your garment to Høst & Vår.
When using our return slip, a shipping fee of 79 NOK will incur within Norway (Postnord)
When using DHL return slip a shipping fee of 18 EUR / 20 USD will in incur for international customers (DHL)

The buyer may regret the purchase of the item in accordance with the provisions of the Cancellation Act (7) (https://lovdata.no/dokument/NLE/lov/2014-06-20-27). The term “cancellation” refers to the fact that the buyer can return the item to the seller without reason. This also includes if the item does not present a defect or has not yet been delivered.
The buyer must notify the seller of the use of the cancellation right. This should be done within 14 days after receiving the item, the necessary information about the cancellation and the right of cancellation form. If the buyer receives the cancellation form and necessary information at a later date than when the items are delivered, the cancellation period begins to run from the day the buyer receives the right of cancellation form and the information.
The notification from the buyer to the seller about the use of the right of cancellation should be, due to legal reasons, in writing (right of cancellation form, e-mail, fax or letter), and it must contain information on how the buyer will return the item to the seller.
When using the right of cancellation, the item must be returned to the seller within 14 days. The seller is obliged to refund the full purchase price to the buyer within 30 days from the day the seller receives the item, pick-up notice or when the item is made available to the seller. The seller can not charge fees for the buyer’s use of the right of cancellation. But the seller can demand that the buyer pays the shipping costs of the return.
The buyer is allowed to inspect the product before he or she decides to cancel the purchase. It must still be possible to return the item to the seller, in the same condition and quantity as when the buyer received it. If possible, the buyer must send the item back to the seller in the original packaging.
